Research Studies in Women’s Health

Wright State Physicians Research Department conducts clinical research studies and clinical research trials in women’s health issues such as pelvic pain, bladder pain, contraception, incontinence, blood disorders during pregnancy, surgical site infection, pre-eclampsia, endometriosis and polycystic ovary syndrome. These studies include industry- funded projects, externally funded grants as well as non-funded projects.

Active Research Studies

  • Endometriosis
  • Preeclampsia
  • Fetal and Neonatal Alloimmune Thrombocytopenia (for blood disorder)
  • Implantable Tibial Neuromodulation (for bladder incontinence)
  • Botox injection for Interstitial Cystitis (for bladder pain)
