Due to resource limitations, the psychotherapy clinic cannot guarantee continuity of care for all patients requiring ongoing treatment. This includes, but is not limited to, patients with severe and persisting mental illness. We regret any inconvenience.
Child and Adolescent Psychiatry services are offered by senior fellows under close supervision of Wright State University Boonshoft School of Medicine Board-Certified Child and Adolescent Psychiatry faculty.
Wright State Physicians offers psychiatry services for the treatment of mental health problems across all age groups. Our attending psychiatrists are certified by the American Board of Psychiatry and Neurology and those practicing geriatric, child and adolescent, and forensic psychiatry have additional board certification within their subspecialty. Additionally, our attendings have faculty appointments with the Department of Psychiatry at Wright State University Boonshoft School of Medicine.
Due to the COVID-19 pandemic, all appointments will be virtual via WebEx, which is an approved method to deliver safe and secure treatment. We see adult, children, and adolescent patients seeking weekly psychotherapy sessions. The intended patient, or legal guardian, must schedule their own screening visit. All patients are seen at $40 per session.
We cannot accept any form of insurance, including Medicare, Medicaid, and CareSource. Due to resource limitations, we cannot treat patients with serious and persisting psychiatric disorders. Medication management cannot be the sole reason for a visit.
