The health and well-being of our Wright State Physicians community remain our primary concern. If you have questions about COVID-19 please call the Ohio Department of Health hotline at 1.833.427.5634 or visit coronavirus.ohio.gov.


If you are having respiratory issues with fever, please call or text 937.245.7200.

We ask that all patients with respiratory issues be phone triaged by our clinical staff prior to visiting our offices.


COVID-19 pediatric vaccines:

Wright State Physicians is currently scheduling the Pfizer pediatric COVID-19 vaccine. The vaccine is a two-dose series separated by at least 21 days.

• Ages 5 through 11

PEDIATRIC VACCINES ARE BEING GIVEN ON FRIDAYS, 1 – 4 p.m. at our main health center, 725 University Blvd., Fairborn, near the Wright State campus. You MUST SCHEDULE AN APPOINTMENT.   • Friday 1 to 4 p.m. – Pfizer pediatric
    5 to 11 years

COVID-19 vaccine booster:

Wright State Physicians is currently scheduling Pfizer, Moderna and Johnson & Johnson COVID-19 boosters for our patients, Wright State students, and the community.

Who is eligible for a booster?

  • Anyone 18+ who received Pfizer or Moderna COVID-19 vaccines may get a booster.
  • Anyone 18+ who received a J&J vaccine, at least 2 months ago, should get a booster.

What to Expect at Your COVID Vaccination Appointment

To keep our patients safe:

Wright State Physicians follows the guidance of the State of Ohio and the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention.  State guidelines have been lifted for many public and retail spaces.  However, as a healthcare provider, we are still requiring that masks be worn to your appointment to minimize the spread of germs.  Use social distancing protocols for your safety and the protection of others. Please continue to limit the number of visitors that come with you to your appointment.

Masks are required for all appointments.

We care deeply for the saftey of every patient. Please note that gaiters, bandanas, and masks with valves, are not recommended by the CDC. If you do not have a CDC recommended mask, one will be provided.

Wright State University Students – Currently we are unable to accept walk-in appointments due to COVID-19. Please make an appointment by calling or texting 937-245-7200 or request an appointment through the patient portal.
