Fertility Program: Give the gift of life. Become an Egg Donor

Infertility affects one in eight couples trying to conceive. You can make a difference in the life of a family by becoming an egg donor. You will be matched with a recipient before the donation process begins.  For more information, call (937) 208-6810.

man's hands on a baby's headWhen you call, you will be asked a basic series of questions that will allow us to get to know you a little bit before we move forward, and it also allows you the opportunity to ask us any questions you may have.

After the conversation over the phone, you will be asked to complete the Egg Donor Questionnaire, which consists of questions regarding your background, medical history and family history.

Once the Egg Donor Questionnaire is completed successfully, you will schedule your initial visit with Dr. Steven Lindheim at the Wright State Physicians Obstetrics & Gynecology office. In this visit, Dr. Lindheim will explain the donor process in further detail, and answer your specific questions. If you both feel comfortable moving forward, your next visit will be scheduled.

Your next visit is the physical examination and ultrasound by Dr. Lindheim. This will also take place at the Wright State Physicians Obstetrics & Gynecology office.

After the physical examination is completed successfully, we will schedule your psychological visit. This takes about 45 minutes to an hour, and is facilitated at the Wright State Physicians Obstetrics & Gynecology office.

Once your physical and psychological exams are complete and successfu,l you will be added to our active donor list. Congratulations! We will contact you as soon as we have a client who is a match.
