This week is National Medical Group Practice Week, a recognition of the positive impact on communities by their local medical practices.
Expert Care, Education and Research are at the core of the mission of Wright State Physicians (WSP). Here are just a few of the many ways dedication to these impacts our community.
As Wright State University Boonshoft School of Medicine’s (BSOM) practice plan WSP physicians also serve as BSOM faculty, therefore experts in their field, and on the latest medical advances.
Don’t just take our word for it! The community has also spoken, WSP providers, and non-clinical staff alike, make such an impact in our area that they have received recognition from other organizations and people in the community.

WSP proudly educates and supports the medical training needs of thousands of medical students, resident physicians, and physicians in BSOM fellowship programs with BSOM. Many of these physicians remain in our area expanding expert care to the region.
WSPs PTU (dermatology research) and OB/GYN research teams assist BSOM researchers with clinical studies developing new therapies and medications, advancing care locally and beyond. Many medications have come to market through our research.
