Wright State Physicians Family Medicine offers educational session about managing negative emotions
DAYTON, OHIO—As part of the “Brain Matters” educational series, Wright State Physicians Family Medicine will host a session about managing negative emotions. The series focuses on building resilience and well-being. Most people can further develop their mental health and enjoy gains in their quality of life.
The series is free and open to the public. The session, “Managing Negative Emotions,” will be Thursday, May 12, from 7 to 8:30 p.m., in Classroom 1 on the second floor of the Wright State Physicians Health Center (725 University Blvd., Fairborn, OH 45324) on the campus of Wright State University.
Hershberger will lead a discussion in how to manage negative emotions. He will address negative emotions and health, anger management, communication of anger and forgiveness.
