Wright State Physicians Family Medicine offers educational session about self and others
DAYTON, OHIO—As part of the “Brain Matters” educational series, Wright State Physicians Family Medicine will host a session about self and others. The series focuses on building resilience and well-being. Most people can further develop their mental health and enjoy gains in their quality of life.
The series is free and open to the public. The session, “Self and Others,” will be Thursday, June 9, from 7 to 8:30 p.m., in Classroom 1 on the second floor of the Wright State Physicians Health Center (725 University Blvd., Fairborn, OH 45324) on the campus of Wright State University.
Hershberger will lead a discussion, addressing own versus others’ perspectives, mindreading, listening skills, empathy, emotional intelligence and relationships and health.
