Our main office is located near downtown Dayton, at Miami Valley Hospital, on Apple Street. For easiest access, park in Garage 4, located on Apple Street, and cross the street or use the garage catwalk on the Brown level. If crossing the street at ground level, walk over and enter at the 30 East Apple Street entrance. Use the elevators, then proceed to the sixth floor and follow the signs. If you are using the catwalk, after entering the hospital turn right at first junction, take the elevators up to the sixth floor and follow the signs. We apologize, but our office cannot validate hospital parking garage tickets.

We also have an office in the Far Hills Surgical Center, on the second floor of the Miami Valley Hospital South, which is located off of I-675 near the intersection of Wilmington Pike and Clyo Road in Centerville. All parking at Miami Valley Hospital South is free.

Parking for Good Samaritan Hospital is available in the hospital garage located off Philadelphia Drive. The garage is open 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. The daily rate is $3. There is a designated parking lot for Emergency Department patients just outside the Emergency Department. All Emergency Department patients will be issued a token to exit the Emergency Department parking area at the end of their ED visit. People using the Credit Union and the Good Samaritan Hospital retail pharmacy are eligible for parking validation. A single-use parking pass is provided at Outpatient Registration for those undergoing a test or procedure at the hospital.
