About the Brain Matters Series

Brain Matters was a series of public talks sponsored by Wright State Physicians Family Medicine in Dayton, Ohio. The series focused on building individual resilience with attention given to factors regarding sleep, exercise, diet, anger management and healthy relationships.

The presenter was Paul Hershberger, Ph.D., a clinical health psychologist and director of behavioral science for the Family Medicine Residency Program at the Wright State University Boonshoft School of Medicine. His clinical practice includes psychotherapy, consultation and coaching. Dr. Hershberger also publishes a blog called Equilibrium.
